Do not return any order without specific authorization and instructions.

Conditions
- We will not be held responsible for product-quality complaints received after 7 days of the scheduled delivery date.
- Fresh meat products are shipped via Priority Overnight and will be left at the designated recipient address without requiring a signature.
- All fresh meat products are perishable. It is the purchaser’s choice and responsibility to notify all gift recipients of the impending delivery of perishable goods.
- Black Angus Fine Meats & Game and its assigned shipping carriers will not be responsible for orders left unattended that are delivered to the customer-specified recipient address on the customer-requested delivery date.
- We will not be responsible for deliveries that are refused by the recipient within 48 hours of shipping from our facility.
- Shipping cost will vary depending on your location and the weight of your order. Once we receive your order, we will calculate and let you know the total shipping cost for your order. Please contact us for a quote for shipping out of province or visit purolator.com to check shipping rates out of province.
- Additional $12 fee applies for the shipping containers – the use of this lined styrofoam cooler with ice packs will ensure your products stay in a frozen state until it reaches its destination.
